Masterchefs – guest chefs at The View on May 20th

Men in the Kitchen is the new project of three of The best participants in this year’s edition of the culinary show. Kolyo, Daniel and Nikolay are hobby-chefs with culinary prowess that some professional chefs would envy.

Together with the master chefs of The View Restaurant Sofia, we invite you to feel the emotions of the culinary show with an unusual menu, especially created for the dinner on May 20th, which Kolyo, Daniel and Nikolay will prepare and serve with the help of chef Kaloyan Dobrev, a la carte chef of The View Restaurant, and his team.

The four course menu, which the Men in the Kitchen created for you is the following:

Amuse Bouche

Gazpacho with flambéed shrimp in ouzo and dill, marinated foie gras with baby orange and ‎amaretto, Suzme ‎


Lamb sweetbreads with puree and sorbet of cucumber

Main dish

Lamb grape vine sarmas with river blue crab and quick pickles


Cherry cheesecake with sour cherry sorbet

Price of the menu: 60 BGN with VAT


We selected a glass of wine, which is paired well with each dish and complements it. Choose a package of four glasses of 100 ml of wine Augeo Family Estate – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay Barrel, Rosé and Exquisite Rosé and a bottle of mineral water Devin 750 ml for the price of 20 BGN with VAT per person, or order your drinks on the day.
