The View is what I call a whole restaurant. It not only has an amazing cuisine at the highest level, modern and stylish interior design and exemplary service. It is a whole restaurant that serves early breakfast, lunch in the middle of the day, and of course dinner. A modern restaurant, but with a classic twist. International touch coming from chefs with experience and knowledge gained in restaurants in London, Amsterdam and Miami. This is what Johan Carlson wrote in the last edition of Manager Magazine.
